Looks like this company is in the neighborhood of MRVC. Hopefully Luminent will get the same respect.

Ixia surges 83 percent after Nasdaq debut

NEW YORK, Oct 18 (Reuters) - Shares of Ixia Inc. (NasdaqNM:XXIA - news), which provides computer network
performance analysis systems, surged more than 83 percent on Wednesday after beginning to trade on the Nasdaq.

Its stock rose to $23-3/4 on the Nasdaq, up $10-3/4 from its higher-than-expected initial public offering price. The stock ranked
as the top percentage gainer on the tech-dominated Nasdaq. Meanwhile, the Nasdaq composite index (^IXIC - news) gained 0.82 percent to 3,240 after tumbling
more than 5 percent.

Ixia offered 5.5 million shares at $13, above its expected range of $10-to-$12 per share, according to underwriter Merrill Lynch. The Calabasas, Calif.-based
company raised $71.5 million.

Ixia said in a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission that it will use the proceeds of the IPO for general corporate purposes, possible acquisition and
investments.

The company, which provides systems that let customers measure the performance of their data communications equipment and networks, has a market
capitalisation of $1.3 billion based on 52.8 million shares outstanding and its current stock price.
