I don't even know why I bother replying to a Cancer On The Face of Humanity like you. Your posts are so ignorant I can't even figure out what point you are attempting to make.

With regard to the 1.3 figure you keep throwing out, perhaps you are referring to the combined unified credits against estate tax of a husband and wife, except the currect number would be 1.35.

For some reason you are trying to goad me into providing an on-line treatise regarding the estate tax. As I have said before, there is already a board for that, and I will be more than happy to reply to any legitimate questions.
