I do not think it will keep falling.

Intel and Rambus have several matters to negotiate.
1) Warrants which expire this year.
2) Controller royalties.
3) DDR policy
4) Future stuff.

On the whole, INTC has carried their end of the contract and probably should get some warrants because their failure to complete all terms is due to factors outside their control (like Micron). The controller royalties were probably not negotiated because the claims had not yet been finished for the patents granted this year and last when the contract was signed in 1996. However, it looks like Intel should make some concessions to Rambus for the extension and renegotiation of the royalties. So it looks like they have lots to talk about.
