Don't blame you for being cautious as this is a very volatile stock. The way it's going, I think it will hit close to 30 over the next couple of weeks. I don't know many other stocks that I'd even be brave enough to guess at that type of move.

I've made money trading but have a key core position.

The CC was great today. This is an incredible product for which there really is no competition.

You will find some disinformation campaigns on these boards including some of the notorious shortie threads. These guys are acting as badly as we longs did in March and April when we "knew" it was nothing but up up and away.

I've learned from my mistakes and they will learn from theirs.

As far as performance and rollout goes, the company appears to be taking it very carefully and cautiously. They want to make sure that the bugs are out before ramping up major advertising.

Again some of the disinformation artists will talk about bugs and breaks in coverage. I defy anyone to analyze any of the so-called competitors and come up with anything close to what MCOM delivers.

I've got 2 DSL lines and the VZ wireless here in Boston. I plan on getting rid of all of them when R2 gets here. The DSL is better than my 56K modem but it's out at least once a month, several times for over 24 hours. When I call for service, well you know the story (ain't my job, must be your house wiring, etc..etc.)

I'm trying to be somewhat objective as I've built up some DSL holdings as they have gotten tanked.

As far as the VZ wireless data, it's cheap but so far worthless. It's no competition to MCOM. I would say that I get service on it less than 50% of the time. When I get service it's very slow and, of course, limited by the display on my Qualcomm 860. Other users report same to me. It's cute and nice for those of us who need the newest toys but it's not something I'd ever rely upon.
