You're right we were in charge of the coalition, which means the troops. However the coalition was directed by mandate from the UN, the military coalition could not override the UN mandate.

AS, If you want to run roughshod over your allies, that may be true. Then where would you be if you needed their help in the future? Some diplomat you would make. Your attitude is to just shit on your friends and try to make them like it. That is why Bush had the attack stand down. Because the rest of the free world wanted it to. ~H~
