<I can't believe that farmers are too stupid to incorporate their farms>

OK I am calm and you are a POS! I am from WI the dairy state. We lived because of our small farmers 30-60 cows. These fine folks have gotten to the point for many reasons of not being able to afford a lawyer to declare bankruptcy. And you want to call them stupid.

I hope your asshole grows shut and you are unable to find food at any price. Enjoy your 2.5+ dollar a gallon milk that the local farmer is getting >1 for.

"If one incorporates in a tax shelter like the Cayman Islands and holds the stock in an overseas trust for the heirs the stock never goes through probate."

Nihil, Nihil, Nihil, you ignorant troll.

It is a very simple matter to avoid probate, just set up a revocable trust or have the assets titled in joint name, rights of survivorship.

Re the Cayman Islands, that is not relevant to probate avoidance, that is only relevant to tax fraud (controlled foreign corporations), so shut your mouth.

Why is it necessary for things that could be simple to be so complex? To justify the existence and fees of the politicians, lawyers, and tax accountants, of course. Do they add anything of value to the process? Nada.
