No way they can get to 1.8-1.9 with 1.2-1.3 Vcore on .18mu. They'll probably won't care about power dissipation first, just as AMD did. The wattage delta between Athy and PIII is about the same than P4 vs Athy, and Athys wasn't such a big deal IMO.

But well if Gateway could ship some P4 with a heat dissipation system as huge and noisy as the one they shipped with the 650 MHz Athy I have here, it will be a sweet revenge :)
