The twit filter (ignore) feature goes a long way in keeping that fellow in 'perspective'. He wouldn't make it to the first commercial in a premier 'Survivor' episode. <g> --- So, how about the concall? I was a little disappointed they didn't actually pronounce Wintel dead. Oh well, maybe next quarter. --- It was a bit more 'connect the dots' than normal. The huge result caused a more cautious concall tone than previous. --- I come away with maybe upgrades will go +30% over current targets, meaning (I suppose) that if we're at fair value here, maybe we'll go to $140 - $150 (just a guess). --- It's been awhile since we've heard Lehman caution exchange rates. It was the first time in a long time we heard Scott caution macro econ/interest rates, although at the end, in the questioning he spoke to the recession proof nature of the business that way. --- Great results. Mediocre concall. A blowout with a stronger than usual cautionary tone, in spite of blue sky, 'open field running' outlook, etc. --- Anyway, I'm thinking targets get upgraded in the 30% neighborhood. -JCJ
