Re: "I don't know about the AMDroids but talked today with someone who saw one run just this Sunday and at Intel get together. Would you like to know how fast INTEL is touting the chip using "their" benchmarks?"

Never mind their benchmarks. What do you think it will do on industry standard benchmarks like Spec2000? Do you think it will do well or not?

McManic - Re: 'Would you like to know how fast INTEL is touting the chip using "their" benchmarks?'

The data I have seen uses many INDUSTRY STANDARD benchmarks - and the Pentium 4 fares very well in most of them - and INCREDIBLY FAST in a few that the gaming community will find - shall we say - COMPELLING !
