So what is it about the BOE auctions that are so "exclusive" that an middle east investor group has to go to small Oregon author to put forth a tender of that size. Really strange, eh? Maybe the Arab fund mgr hit the "wrong" reply key?<grin> Good to hear from you and thanks for your input.
