Nursefinders is close to completing expansion to cover all 50 states for CYBR.

Nursefinders Announces Strategic Alliance With CYBeR-CARE

ARLINGTON, Texas, Jul 24, 2000 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Nursefinders, one of the nation's largest medical staffing companies, today announced a strategic alliance with CYBeR-CARE, Inc. (Nasdaq:CYBR) to provide the staffing component to allow around-the-clock monitoring services for care providers using the CYBeR-CARE, Inc Electronic HouseCall (TM) (EHC) system.

The CYBeR-CARE, Inc. EHC system is a patented Internet-based system for remote monitoring of chronically ill patients in their homes and allows full two-way audio and video communication between a patient and a caregiver.

CYBeR-CARE, Inc. owns a proprietary software system, which will map the availability of the Nursefinders professional services into the intelligent routing of its EHC system. This will provide CYBeR-CARE, Inc. clients with non-exclusive access to monitoring by Nursefinders' resources on a 24-hour, 7-day-a-week basis.

Nursefinders, with offices in 38 states, provides medical staffing and specialty home healthcare services as well as disease-specific early intervention programs designed to help reduce hospital expenditures for chronically ill patients. Through a newly implemented Internet strategy, Nursefinders expects to provide professional nursing services in all 50 states over the next 90 days.

Sherry Hagemeister, CEO of Nursefinders said, "We are excited to be able to work with CYBeR-CARE, Inc. as our technology partner and to offer a turnkey solution to clients of Nursefinders and CYBeR-CARE, Inc. who wish to utilize the EHC technology. We believe this partnership strengthens our community service commitment to physicians, traditional home care agencies and other healthcare organizations."

John Haines, President of CyberCare Technologies, Inc. said, "This alliance establishes a key component of our vision for the CYBeR-CARE, Inc. 24/7 network, through which patients will always have immediate access to care. The intelligent routing capabilities of the network will allow CYBeR-CARE, Inc. customers to use Nursefinders. This will be a great relationship."

How can anyone not be optimistic about CYBR after careful reading of this PR. Nursefinders goes from 38 to all 50 states as part of a strategic alliance with CYBR.

Folks this is not a pilot program or a "study"

Leading questions:
Why does CYBR need all 50 states covered?
Why is so much focus being made on support infrastructure?

I think an obvious answer is that big EHC sales are planned - Maybe an HMO or 2 OR 3.

Seems like alot of "overkill" for just a few hundred EHCs so I am confident CYBR has bigger things in store.
