Hi Charlie ... although, I am still bearish on the overall market (I still have two puts on the S&P), I am no longer negative on SUNW's valuation ... another fabulous quarter ... especially considering the high % of business done in 'euroland' (I don't care whether management will admit the euro caused problems or not), those are absolutely sensational numbers ... As former Penn State linebacker Brian Chizmar once said, "we're punching tickets and taking numbers" - and that's exactly how IBM, HWP, DELL, CPQ, INTC and MSFT must all feel right now ... I don't know. I came in late Lehman. Maybe I'm being Qwiksand critical of the overall choreography. You were right about the leak. It wasn't a good thing. --- It's just how it occured to me. In a sense, there;s kind of a stunned silence in how strong revenues were. This, with an aged product line (and Purple). Clearly, we're shutting IBM down and showing up on EMC's radar screen. --- Cautionary tone came through more than I was expecting. OTOH, I was expecting them to announce that they were taking over the *world so... <g> --- Congratulations, all. -JCJ
