They are? I really disagree with this. Last year b2b was almost all buy-side, this year its sell-side where the true cost savings are. Ariba and c1 have stepped up to the plate in the fulfillment area, on that basis arba and c1 are twice the companies they were a year ago with 10 times the prospects. The issue now is delivery and execution (of the product), not demand I would say. Well, congratulations on your good trades with arba anyway.

For example, how are they planning on maintaining customer loyalty in a market with so few barriers to entry?

Training costs, software costs....aren't these a reason not to switch to someone else?

Having read the posts and the earnings release I will go the opposite way and say this stock is a must holding.The growth will actually accelerate going forward.I Would not have a large portions of my portfolio in it but a small allocation is a must.
