Lawsuit Against bashers On RagingBull.com CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 17, 2000--VirtualSellers.com Inc. (OTCBB: VDOT - news), a provider of enterprise application development solutions, Tuesday announced that it initiated legal action by filing a lawsuit against posters on the VirtualSellers message board operated by RagingBull.com and its parent companies Alta Vista and CMGI. VirtualSellers.com took action because posters ``Scott L.'' and ``VDOT 2 a Dime'' and others made malicious and untrue postings on RagingBull.com that consistently and persistently allowed posters to violate the ``terms of service'' agreement. VirtualSellers.com alleges that these violations had the effect of eroding VirtualSellers.com's stock price and attendant shareholder value.
