Monty,

Nice to see this dead cat bounce in Crisco, it makes re-entering poots and shorts much more in my favor.

Pulling my money off the table last Friday has turned out to be a pretty good move. For one, for the first weekend in about 3 months I slept well because I didn't have to worry about getting wiped out by big point swings going against me. I definitely needed that. Secondly, the stocks I was short and had poots on all have made violent moves up, more than the general averages.

I'm thinking of re-entering Crisco at about $60, although this price action and the way Crisco is busting through trend lines you could almost make a case for going long for a short term trade.

I might go with the Nov 55 poot and the Nov 65 or 70 call and just sit back and let things play out for themselves.

Even though I STRONGLY believe the next move is down, I'm too afraid to get caught up in a sucker rally and feel some real pain.

For now staying mostly cash is the only way I can sleep at night until I figure out where this market is going.
