Chicken, you don't know it but you have class. We have a watch list/Earnings plays subscription also don't forget that alternative so you don't have to fork over that kind of money.. for the measly price of $69 a month you can have a well researched watch list, charts and soon intraday updates (which we had for over a year but we are revamping them, so don't get excited.

I am not a diehard advocate of the trading forum method or the do it yourself method, but I can say that "I do windows" what that means is that just to be able to go out at night and have someone else do the dirty work is a service that some people like and we have quite a loyal following that could have left anytime, because we are not the roach motel.

Man, I am like you an ordinary trader who learned some stuff by trail and error. I did not run a bank, nor was I the right hand man of Greenspan or even have a degree in finance, I never lectured at St George University in Finance but I learned in the 'trenches'..failing, falling, getting up and trying again until I got it right. Starting at www.daytraders.org confused the heck out of me with scrolling text and picks all day. Then I went the other route and read every book on trading and investing I could lay my hands on and got essentially the same results as the website except now I was full of 'education' but didn't know how to apply it.

So the organization can help and sometimes people learn to trade and move on from a trading forum. Sometimes they stay.

Depends on what you want.. and how long it takes you to achieve it. No real big deal.. as for the split personality, I asked SI to get me a moderated thread but they opted to deny me so I figured I'd move lock stock and barrel and eventually the rest of the furnishing to this thread. I have enough of a hard day, I really don't like coming home to a habitual nuisance, the same one for months now. I have been SI for over 3 1/2 years but if it takes a moderated thread to divest oneself of this and everyone else gets one.. heck I want one too! Never needed one in 3 1/2 years but now I think we do. Seems that 'older and established threads' don't get the same privileges like new threads. I've seen dozens of them moderated and now I see why.

TLC that post is clearly an attempt on your part to dethrone Kevin Watson as the funniest dude on SI. Not sure who is wining, but keep posting, that is one hilariously twisted diatribe.
