Paul -- ROFLMAO,, You are not keeping up with what govt is doing/has done. Granted they are slow but they are huge. Who wants their records at the IRS online? Who wants their address on line? Already I pay to keep my phone UNlisted. All govt is online with vendors and even have vendors bidding to provide supplies and services. I am in IS/IT at a huge govt agency. I know novl and the other contractors-- thankfully there is cpq, dell, msft, and others as novl is not as realiable as most of the rest.
