About what you'd expect from the WSJ. Is there another view, or other facts not brought out by WSJ? Very likely. What did the U.S. get through its negotiations with Russia? If the U.S. hadn't negotiated and hadn't agreed, would some other country have ended up supplying arms to Iran? There's more to the story than WSJ and its conservative editors would like to admit.
