I was listening to BBC news while driving tonight and they credit 'the two software giants, Sun Microsystems and Microsoft' for saving the day and untying the damsel from the tracks. MS had decent numbers. Their operational earnings don't match up with their forward story any more than last quarter. --- There is the perception that things are right with Coke and Pepsi in any case. I'd think we'll see some general rebounding tomorrow and friday. --- MSFT is an overpriced mutual fund, but nonetheless fun to follow. --- Kieth, that Parrish fellow should be altogether discounted. His services (or silences, rather) are for sale according to a SJ Merc News piece I read. (FWIW) -JCJ
