Dear 44. the post you quoted was a humorous direct response to DD one of the long term super useful information posters to this thread. No one complained during that time about the posts because of the mutual respect of and tenor of all posters on the board . I believe that I had read 10 of dd's posts before I even thought of venturing an opinion. You 44 and AP started posting for a period of time drivel time 10 and mean spirited personal attack posts. Recently you had seemed to be posting more useful information but seemed to be reverting back to high off topic content on a regular basis. So I decided to attempt to speak directly to you instead of just switching the ignore button on. On this thread you have never ever as Far as I know ever posted any of your own rational pro or con on sgi. 44... Do you have an opinion on Mr Bishop? Do you have opinions on sgi's business plans? Do yoy have an opinion on the current and future competitiveness. I and others have taken the time to argue ideas pro and con and disagree with humor and fun and attack. But the attack is with respect. Oh and if you find nine related posts on this thread from me, well at the time SGI owned 10% of nine and the nine was the exclusive reseller of sw1600 in PC space. In that time the stupid to non existent sgi marketing of the flat and the fact that nine just did not have the cash to market may have doomed the deal all along. Ya see during that time the flat panel was only advertised with nt boxes that were a total dud. You are invited to have a look at my four flats. watman.com They are just the most fantastic displays.
