Re: Bush and California: I recall a story about 10 days ago saying Bush intended to start running big-money ads in the L.A. TV market. Why is he doing this? Because almost all of the choice time slots in Philly, Detroit, St. Louis, Milwaukee, Seattle have already been sold right up to election day.

Re: 10,000 Dems rallying for Al in Flint: That's a pretty good crowd regardless of the location. Flint, of course, is a good union town, and was featured, I believe, in both Michael Moore films, "Roger and Me" and "The Big One."
