I think so. Found this: The deal is set to close in the fourth quarter of 2000, according to a press release. The deal, according to the companies, will boost bottom-line results for InfoSpace immediately. Message 14118567 Remember the papers saying: immediately accreative (sp?) Also, while the market is doing whatever it is doing....go skim back through the posts since the merger announcement...about #20000......Wonder were the houses that did the work of the merger are in this ...????
