I haven't read the filing to see if the shareholder approval is for the Evans deal only. The way I see it, the Evans deal depends on 1 of 2 things happening before Nov 26th A)MPT deal or B)shareholder approval (didn't read for what?) But the deal I'm looking at is MPT, and it is independent of those conditions, other than it would help a former deal go through if it is completed before Nov. 26th.
