Convertible Debentures ? October 11, 2000 Affiliated Resources Corporation announced that it has signed a letter of intent to acquire Modular Processing Technologies, Inc., a privately held Nevada corporation with operations and offices in Houston, Texas as well as London and Moscow. The terms of the agreement, which have not yet been fully defined, involve a convertible preferred stock and cash transaction. Modular is an international energy equipment design, engineering and fabrication business, primarily engaged in the design and manufacture of modular oil refineries for remote locations.
