Hi JC.. I had something about the headcount in my notes, but deleted it.. An analyst asked about the numbers.. he said something like we were expecting and additional 7000 headcount.. but we only see 2500... he asked if this would add to operating income because of the reduced numbers..then Scott I think just said something about going up 10,000 .. it all wasn't clear to me.. would make more sense if the analyst was referring to calendar yr 00, but then scotts numbers don't fit really.. maybe there was some confusion..would have to listen to it again.. sorry...
