Cleaning House At Novell.....

We need....

New leadership

New direction

New energy

New vision

New purpose

New management

New members of the board

Novell is stuck in a rut of it's own making.

We have a political log jam.

A lot of smoke, fire and fear.

Hundreds, if not thousands of employees, customers and partners who are tiring of this "same ole, same ole" crap.

A "New" Novell needs to assert itself.

If there are ANY employees who would like to support a quest to transform Novell into a massively exciting, dynamic, viral, invigorating, fun place to work and grow then I'd like to hear from them.

There really shouldn't be anything to fear folks. The smoke, fire, fear and power that Nelson has blown over, around and across this company over the past 1-2+ years is coming home to roost.

Novell will be looted unless shareholders get more backbone and begin to assert their voices and power for fundmental, long term change.

John Young knows when to get out of bedrock. Perhaps others know, too.

Peace.

GO!!
