Puck. The point is that, unless you happen to live in Euroland rather than in the US, those profits will not buy as much this year as last. Many world currencies have been stable against the $US while the Euro sunk. Check some out for yourself. For example, the Japanese Yen was stable.

According to my math last night, this means that Ericsson must have sold 2 handsets....did you buy one <g>? TXN mentioned during their CC that some of their customers had inventory issues....they specifically stated that some had basically worked these out by the end of the third quarter (Nokia) and some of these problems were going to last into next year (Ericsson).

Hopefully, Nokia gives some highlights on their work on 3G phones....
