That's true, but what about the 20+ years prior to that. Although I will agree that the C govt has preferred a weak CD.

The strong "rubin" USD was meant to literally steal commodities like oil from commodity dependant countries & insure chep products from slave labor countries like china, imo.

Does anyone know a source for the capped version of the TSE 300 or the S&P TSE 60? By capped, I mean the one with a maximum weight of 10% in any single company.
