"On a test of a bottom or a top, a 2B test that is, how do you determine the next target?"

Whatever timeframe you see the setup, is the timeframe that you use to set the target.

For example, yesterday, on the 45M SP chart, we saw a 2B test of bottom at the open, and the setup for a reversal. The first target is the 20EMA overhead on the same 45-minute chart, and then the second target is the other side of the trading range, which was achieved this morning.

I would post a link to a chart now, but my site is dead, so I'll have to come back and do it later for you.
