Stable at what speeds? And at what case temperature?

Personally, my guess is that P4 is good for 1.5GHZ without difficulty, but the engineering samples we've heard about have all been running a good bit slower than that.

Probably shouldn't count your chickens before they are hatched.

I'm going to count on that January 1.5GHZ Mustang when it shows up on pricewatch, but not until then.

OTOH, from what I've seen hinted around the net, you're probably right about P4 being OK.

Or are you claiming inside knowledge?
