You are wrong. Teddy was built like a brick outhouse, had rockhard washboard abs, could bench press 375 lbs and run a 5 minute mile when he was 50. After he was shot in the belly while speaking during the 1912 "Smart as a Bull Moose" campaign, he waved off help, casually probed for and extracted the bullet with a penknife, while continuing talking. I remember him very well ripping open his shirt and vest and showing off his scar -- wait, I think that was LBJ -- now there was a flabby president, cowboy boots too, although everyone's favorite is Taft.
