sounds like business is picking up again.

Actually I have no difficulty whatsoever logging on, or performing whatever transactions.

I'm quite impressed with the new services provided.

Especially the tracker which is divided into 4 sections:

Realtime streaming portfolio;
Market Depth (for NASDAQ: Level 2 quotes)
Time and Sales;
Realtime charts.

Since the service fiasco of late last year through February, service has been fantastic. Online has been there and responsive. Telephone calls have usually been answered in less than 2 rings - occasionally shocking me with an answer before I heard even a single ring.

When I started looking around last year, I discovered that there are many services / commission price breaks that I get at TWE relative to the competition here. While I find service problems intolerable, I've yet to find a pasture where the grass really is greener on the other side.

FWIW,
Ian.

Hi JFH, I've not had any problems at all in recent months. Even on heavy volume days it seems to work just fine.

I use primarily GT 60 day orders set at limits, so it's usually not crucial to get on line at any particular time.

I sign onto the generic tdwaterhouse.com and then log in. It works essentially all the time. The only problems I've had have been with my DSL provider, not TWE.

Best regards, Tom
