Mike, it is not semi private. It is included in the breakdown of divisions in ANTC. Each division had sale/quarter, and other data separated. Because they own a part of Arris, they should report only those that they own.

For instance, Micron Technology owns 76% Micron PC, public owns the rest. Micron Technology would include 76% of the subsidiary's total accounting data in the parent company's balance sheet and profit and loss statement.

So from SEC reports or else where, we can project a proformer statement of earnings of the new company from the data of separate divisions reported so far.
