Sam,

Sometimes I wonder if Zeev isnt trying to change the fundamentals with his technicals.

I don't think so - the fundamentals are strong - IMHO.

Its just that the ride is pretty wild and there are plenty of people here who are trying to convince me that I am about to walk into a mantrap (or was that a bear trap) and the only way to be saved is to sell - right now.

John

Sam,

I agree with John's statements re: Zeev. Zeev is a trader and uses the technical indicators to move into and out of stocks. He tends to be about as objective as anyone I've seen. He simply picks entry points and exit points and hopes to be right more than he's wrong. You can follow him more closely on Steve Lee's Channeling Thread:

FWIW, Barrett's statements concern me as well. I've always said that Intel's support is the primary reason for me to invest in the 'bus. We now have the strong possibility of royalties from non-RDRAM sources, which definitely throws a major wrinkle into the equation, but it's still a worrisome statement (p.s. Bob O'brien on CNBC just covered RMBS in his segment and made the same comments about Barrett's statement. On the positive side, he quoted some analyst [I missed the name] as saying the quarterly numbers were "blow-out" numbers.)
