Gail Dudack on biotechs - now that is something.

She is one of the most conservative and cautious analysts on Wall Street, generally has suggested in prior yrs - techs were a big risk. For example even MSFT she would deem high risk, even a few yrs back. I specifically remember her back in 97 or so saying techs were about to collapse or unwind in a big way

Now for her to mention biotechs, now that is amazing. This could be more evidence that some of these lower priced biotechs are about to turn the corner corner and really
breakout on the upside.

This individual I believe sees risks in putting cash in the bank.

My guess is that media focus on biotechs in yr 2001 will far exceed even the genomics hype of spring 2000 -as the first large wave of drugs and therapies starts to hit the market - although actually only improvements on the margin in most cases.
