Walk through Report on Lake Trop....

Visited the property shortly before 1:00 P.M. yesterday and
and again this morning, left the property at around 10:00
A.M. on this morning visit....

First off let me say this....I have been touring this property since March 1999, and it is presently in the best shape I have ever seen it....Gretchen has done a remarkable
job in knocking this property into shape....

Gretchen, to her credit, could not comment and would not comment on what has been going on the past few days....

The "Suits" were there yesterday, representing several groupS....(more than just Oxford & MPTV) spent considerable time on site....went to lunch together and
returned to the property....on their departure there were
Smiles, Pats on the Back and Handshakes all around....what
that means, I don't know, I'll wait for MPTV to release a
PR which I expect to see pretty soon....

Of the 5 buildings set for renovation, one (Bldg 18) is
completely empty....and preparatory work has been done,
the 4 remaining buildings have very few occupied units....
No new tenants are allowed to rent any of these 40 units...

As usual, make your own decision, as for me, I'm very pleased with what I see at the site and will be adding to
my position....I will exercise Patience and let MPTV do its
thing....I am very curious about the "New" Hawaii deal and
expect we will hear more on it very soon....

Go MPTV
