<<Still thinking a bull market from here would be too easy>>

Rob, dont wait for too long though. I agree with William
that money is not leaving the equity market. Just look
back the past week, where we have huge amount of trading
volumes, the tech sector comes up and down, but each time
it touches 3050 level, big wave of buying comes in and
life the index faster than I type this message here.

Everywhere I look at today's ticker, both in my own
portfolio and some of my track list, I see a huge amount
of double-digit percentage gainers, and with some 20-30%
gainer all over the place. People are buying, not just
today, but for the past several days.

BTW, the reason I said people are buying can be illustarted
by this simple fact:

Around 2 weeks ago, I help one of my rich friends to setup
an a portfolio so that he can manage part of his own
money for fun as I told him that I believe the market
is near the bottom.

Our strategy is quite simple, we picked 10 tech stocks
that we believe are both great and undervalued. We then
used 1/3 of on the first day to establish the entry
positions on these 10 stocks. We kept adding into the positions if the stock drops around 10-20%. (The reason
we have different range is for stocks like INTC, we
want to do 10% rule, but for AKAM, we want to do 20 rule)

As of yesterday morning, we invested about 85% of the cash.
As I am typing right now, this new protfolio has gone up
about 18% already.

I think lots of people are doing this kind of accumulation
too:)

At this point we don't know whether it is the resumption of
the bull market or a bear market rally. In any case 3000
seems to be very strong support and all the new economy
stocks like ARBA, AKAM, PHCM posted blowout earnings. The
fact that the SOX reversed big time today makes me less bearish now.
