Sounds like a bug to me. I'm thinking the system isn't considering a message "read" if it's viewed using the 10-at-a-time feature.

John will run across this message and route it accordingly.

My understanding is that the red inbox stays there until all messages are deleted. I sometimes prefer to not delete a record and would prefer the indicator to go away. SI can you do that?
