GAPS AND TESTS, TWO TYPES: Actually, if you're talking about the 45M SP chart, it's actually a test of the top of the trading range, rather than the 2B test of a top in an uptrend. The 2B formed yesterday was the 2B test of a bottom in a downtrend. There is a difference, in my mind, between a test of range and a test of top/bottom, after a trend, because the latter is a big time change of trend zone that is being set up. Hope I am not confusing you...It's like how Pat was explaining to me this morning that there are two types of gaps, which, as a trader, I knew viscerally, but had not consciously thought about until he brought it up.
