Bill Gates only invented the operating system that powers all the computers, caused a financial revolution, led to the use of chips in virtually everything and opened the way to generating trillions of dollars in the worldwide economy. Clinton, er, um, ah, yes!! He got rid of 300,000 military personel to streamline government. And think of the spending to replace all those cruise missiles.
