Just starting to look into this company a little bit. I see, and it hasn't been noted on this board yet, that on October 5th, Thomas Weisel Partners initiated coverage of AVICI with a "Buy" rating. No price target set yet! :-) -- Emerald City

This may explain the recent drop, in the face of a market rally: Recent ON24 content for AVCI: Audio: Avici: Just Two Quarters, Just Shaky 19-Oct-00 2:13 PM Their "reasoning": Even though the numbers beat estimates, and customer demand is gaining momentum, there remains " ... weak stock visibility and support." I'm not saying the analysis is right, but the information/thoughts are out there, and may be temporarily influencing traders' opinions.
