Cisco didn't create the tax loophole, those foxes who did got more than Cisco has by far.....the gov't will make a deal with such a company if it helps to fuel a robust economy....Cisco's free ride on taxes is nothing compared to the budget surplus, is it? Bill Parrish does have a point about that 'transparency' thing which makes it hard to totally ignore his message, but again these are legal issues that aren't created by the companies that choose to follow them. Does the bear club pay him to rant or does the bull club? Either way, he has made my 'indicator list'....... Breathing again, CMM
