Only time will tell. But there seems to be very strong support in the NAZDAQ at the 3000 levels. As long as we
don't get any telco slowdowns or war in the middle east we
ahould be fine here. But I don't think we will see the go go
days of Feb - Mar 2000 in the NAZDAQ for a while.

We are at less than 16x next years earnings on the dow. You combine that info with a fed that will be neutral, and bond rates that are under 6, and a knowledge of history, and you are going to be forced to predict that the market needs to be bought...it's low and going higher.
