"Revenue from royalties, in the quarter, accounted for 46% of total revenues, contract revenues accounted for 40%. Customers that accounted for greater than 10% of revenues in the quarter were ADI, Intel and an undisclosed customer."

That's a clip from H&Q's report. Elroy likes those Royalty numbers because they are 100% margin.
