Ditto: Very nice chart, LG. Though could imagine some settling around (or even above) your downtrend line, and relatively small pullback, rather than full retracement (or crasheroo).

On the daily charts, the COMPQ still looks fairly oversold, only at beginning point of return from MACD depths (ticking up from negative territory, perhaps about to cross over) and multi-year ADX extreme.

Also, if tomorrow's session were canceled, or closed around here, or, for that matter crawled lustily up Madonna's diaphragm, we'd probably have a very nice-looking trend-change signal on weekly charts (bullish hammer, or better, tending to confirm last week's):

Any TA types around who have experieces with Breakaway Gaps on heavy volume eminating from depressed origins? (Naz)---My recollection is that such gaps usually don't get filled in the near term.--and if so what does this say about rhe current mkt?

I can change my mind on a dime if the reason is sound--and as one who has been calling for still lower prices due to elliott, I am trying to decipher the breakaway gap this morning as it troubles me at the moment.
