thank uou for refreshing my memory on cfo. Redhat, I think I understand redhat well. Redhat imho does not have a business plan that will ever generate revenue to suport the number of shares outstanding. When cfo went to redhat the company had a bag of ipo money. My guess he figured out rhat did not have a plan and looked for a new job. Rhat had the bucks to recruit the best. So the cfo may have seen something very interesting in SGI. I post on the rhat and on the Linux si threads often.

I've also taken note of your pointing out Mr. Bishop's comments on the stock valuation.

I follow rhat because I'm a Linux zealot and Bob Young the ceo or whatever title is an old friend. I used to buy my redhat in Bob's kitchen. I currently use a different Linux but buy current redhat Linux for 1.95 just to have it around for testing.
