Lexar may be dead meat in the courts ... but the same jerks who played out Lexar will be right back after the final judgement. Some of them will have the audacity to apply for positions at SNDK. And some will have the audacity to try and create yet another competitor to SNDK.

There ought to be a law.

OK .. there is a law.

But that doesn't seem to stop them.
