No, it's way too early. If we've seen the bottom, we are only 20% above it. Traditionally, it requires at least a double off the bottom, before the Herd is told, "OK, it's safe for you to buy now."

FWIW, MTSN trounced estimates by 6 cents(.39 vs. .33), had a BTB of 1.3, and saw 300mm accelerating.
