True, but yelling about it isn't going to help. The best way is to quit using them and go someplace else (which will relieve the load on the servers and help the rest of us -- I think that is what they are trying, but not saying <g>). I don't know how else to explain the delays in the updated server farms, feeds etc.

But it is a nice program and system when it works.
