One thing I don't understand (among many actually) is the charge due to the acquisition that didn't happen. Who did they try to acquire and why wasn't this announced? They obviously had a deal and called it off. Shouldn't this have been disclosed when the initial deal was signed? This is all BS. DB

Today was the first day in over 3 1/2 years that I am NO longer a WSTL shareholder!

Today I also got to call upon my clients who are unfortunately WSTL shareholders (thanks to me) and tell them all about the WSTL SCAM! How 3 months ago everything was better than amazing and how we were going to $80/shr and today we trade at $5. How they are running out of $ and how DSL sales are slowing at a time they are suppose to be exploding.

Well after 3 1/2 years of research, discussions with Analysts, MZ, WSTL mgmt., WSTL employee's, WSTL shareholders, reading almost every single post on SI, Yahoo, Raging Bull, AOL, Talking to engineers and DSL customer service rep.'s at BEL, GTE, Bell Canada, SBC, Reading every analyst report, Telechoice, DSL Prime, DSL Reports, Visiting WSTL's Home Page at least once a week, Even visiting WSTL's Office and meeting upper mgmt. and seeing the factory, meeting employees, seeing modems made, etc. etc. etc. I can tell quite an interesting story. Unfortunately, it is a BAD (worse than BAD) ending so why bother.

Today is the first day of not living in westHELL! AHHHHH!

I feel sorry for the next fool who buys WSTL! Boy is WallStreet Pissed!

I say GOODBYE!
